Ministry journey
Age 19
An encounter with Jesus
Joji encountered Jesus Christ during a youth meeting while studying engineering in Kerala, India. It transformed the direction of his life and ignited a lifelong passion for knowing God, understanding His Word, and making Him known to others.
16 years
In the IT industry with Dell and HP
He began in computer sales and network setup before moving into enterprise technology, servers, and network management. In the final six years he served in management at HP, leading a team of technical experts handling global escalations.
Marketplace
Ministry in the workplace
Throughout his corporate career he conducted Bible studies and leadership classes for employees and trainees, organised teachings in the workplace, and travelled to teach at Bible and leadership conferences, learning first-hand how believers can show Christlike character in the marketplace.

Full-time ministry
Alongside his responsibilities as Associate Pastor at Grace Chapel, Bangalore, he travels extensively across India and internationally, teaching in Bible schools, equipping church leaders, and strengthening believers in the Word of God.

Grounded in Scripture, shaped by experience
Joji attended Domata Bible School, a ministers’ training centre associated with Rhema USA. He holds a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from Life Christian University, Florida, USA, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Theology. He also serves as a lecturer at Life Christian University, teaching students enrolled in the B.Th. programme in India.

Supporting teams across India that conduct street outreaches and work alongside drug rehabilitation ministries.

Seminars for college students and Christian professionals on representing Christ in the workplace, godly character, and bringing biblical principles into professional life.

Intensive youth camps on the Word of God, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, identity in Christ, relationships, dating, marriage, sexuality, and leadership.
Equipping the next generation
Youth camps that build a strong foundation
For the past three years, Joji and his wife, Igwangheile Joji Lalu, have been conducting three-to-five-day youth camps across various states in India. Their heart is to see young people encounter Jesus, become firmly established in the Word of God, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and develop a strong foundation for their lives.
These camps address both spiritual foundations and practical life issues, equipping young people to make godly decisions, build healthy relationships, develop leadership qualities, and become influential witnesses for Christ in their generation.

A family that shares the same passion
Joji is married to Igwangheile Joji Lalu, and together they are raising three teenage children: two daughters and a son. His family is an important part of his life and ministry, and he and his wife share a passion for equipping the next generation to walk in the truth of God’s Word.

Conformed To His Image (C2HI) reflects the heart and vision behind Joji’s teaching ministry: to see believers grow into the image and likeness of Christ through the revelation of God’s Word and the work of the Holy Spirit.
The ministry exists to establish believers in biblical foundations, deepen their understanding of their identity in Christ, encourage spiritual maturity, and equip them to represent Jesus effectively wherever God has placed them.
The ultimate desire is not merely to impart biblical knowledge, but to see lives transformed, disciples established, leaders equipped, churches strengthened, and nations impacted by the truth of God’s Word.
